Ruth is the youngest of three sisters in our girls home and without a doubt, one of the brightest lights in it. Ruth is 8 years old and is hilarious, quick-witted, and always the first to jump in and help. Whether she’s making everyone laugh or quietly helping others, Ruth carries so much joy wherever she goes. She loves school and takes her studies seriously. Her favorite subject is English and she loves to practice with anyone she can. When asked what she wants to be when she grows up, Ruth always says a doctor and a mother.

Ruth has been with us for three years, after losing both of her parents and coming from a conflict-affected area. Her early years were full of challenges, but today, she is thriving - surrounded by love, laughter, and the stability of a family again.
